Great service for our students!
Any K-12 student with a consent form can receive service from the Big Smiles Dental Visit. Financial Assistance is available for children who do not have dental insurance. Dental visit will be filed with Medicaid or insurance. For more information visit Big Smiles website.
If your child did not bring home a form last week, forms may be picked up at the offices. Please register (or return forms) by September 20th. If you scan the QR code, make sure to change the school to Pierce City schools.
