Eagles Moving Forward
The Pierce City Eagles will remain 7-0 after a win against the first year varsity team, the Forsyth Panthers last Friday night. (4-3) The Eagles will move on to play El Dorado Springs at home Friday at 7 p.m.
Coach Pendergraft said for this weeks game,”We need to stick to our assignments, tackle and wrap up.” El Dorado is over twice the size of Pierce City with an enrollment over 400 to Pierce City’s 196. Going into this game, El Dorado is 4-3 but all 3 of these losses coming from teams who have combined record of 19-2. This will be Pierce City’s toughest challenge of the season so far.
