Our Pierce City Eagles beat the Sarcoxie Bears last friday night in a battle of the unbeaten for the conference title and the district seed.
The Eagles now are the first seed in district play and will face Pleasant Hope on Friday, October 20th. During the Sarcoxie game you could tell the town was ready. The boys had a police escort out of town and a line of cars following the buses that ran about a mile and a half in length. As they rolled into Sarcoxie they let them know we were here by honking their horns all the way to the tailgating party.
Come out and support you Eagles at home against the Pirates this Friday at 7:00pm.
